UK KLAVIYO AGENCY
Klaviyo agency for brands that want email to earn its keep.
Rococo is a certified Klaviyo Partner building lifecycle flows, segmentation and campaigns that grow retention and repeat revenue for UK Shopify and Shopify Plus brands.

THE position
Most brands use a fraction of what Klaviyo can do.
A welcome flow, an abandoned cart and a weekly campaign to the whole list. That is where most Klaviyo accounts stop, and it leaves the two things Klaviyo is genuinely good at untouched: knowing who is about to lapse, and saying the right thing before they do.
Rococo is a certified Klaviyo Partner and Shopify Partner, so the flows we design and the store changes they depend on are built by the same team. Email stops being a channel that sends and starts being the thing that keeps customers.

Klaviyo services
Klaviyo services, built around retention.
Every Klaviyo engagement is shaped around your customers, your repeat purchase cycle and the revenue sitting in the list you already have.
Lifecycle flow build
Welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post purchase, replenishment and win back, built out properly and kept optimised.
Segmentation strategy
Behavioural segments based on what customers actually do, so the list stops being one audience and starts being many.
Campaign planning and delivery
A monthly campaign calendar designed, written, built and sent to the right segments, not blasted to the whole list.
Subscription and replenishment
Delivery pacing, skip and pause prompts and overstock signals, so too much product becomes an adjustment rather than a cancellation.
Deliverability and list health
Authentication, sending reputation, sunset flows and list hygiene, so the emails you send actually reach the inbox.
Klaviyo and Shopify integration
Events, catalogue and customer data wired in properly, including the store side changes your flows depend on.
SMS and cross channel
SMS used where it earns its place alongside email, sequenced so customers hear from you once, not twice.
Testing and revenue reporting
Structured A/B testing and reporting on Klaviyo attributed revenue, repeat rate and lifetime value, not open rates.

WHERE THE REVENUE LEAKS
The same six problems, in almost every account.
Klaviyo is rarely the problem. How it has been set up almost always is. These are the issues we find most often when we audit an existing account.
Three flows live and the rest never built
Campaigns sent to the whole list, every time
No signal for customers about to lapse
Subscription churn treated as inevitable
Deliverability quietly declining, unnoticed
Reporting on opens instead of revenue
WHY ROCOCO
You work with directors, not juniors.
Strategy is owned by a director, and the same team that designs the flow can build the store change it depends on.

Certified Klaviyo Partner
A confirmed Klaviyo Partner working inside the platform every day, not learning it on your account.
Email and development in one team
When a flow needs a store change, we build it. No waiting on a separate development agency to catch up.
Measured on retention
We report on repeat rate, lifetime value and Klaviyo attributed revenue, because those are the numbers that pay you.
Audit before action
Every engagement starts with a paid audit, so the plan is built on your data before you commit to anything ongoing.
Transparent reporting
Live dashboards, honest commentary and a clear view of what changed and what it earned.
Built to compound
Flows and segments that keep working every day, long after the build is finished.
Process
How we run a Klaviyo engagement.
Rococo works best with brands that want email to be a serious retention channel, not a newsletter someone sends when there is time.
Klaviyo audit
A full review of flows, segments, deliverability, data and the retention numbers behind them.
Prioritise
Agree the flows and fixes with the clearest path to retained revenue, in the order they should happen.
Build and optimise
Flows, segments and campaigns built and shipped, then tested and refined on real performance data.
Report on retained revenue
Monthly reporting on Klaviyo attributed revenue, repeat rate and lifetime value, not vanity metrics.

Lifecycle flows
The flows every Shopify store should have live.
Campaigns need someone to press send. Flows earn while nobody is looking. In the accounts we audit, flows are usually a minority of email revenue. In a properly built account they are the majority. This is the set we build first, in this order.
- Welcome series. Three to five emails that set expectations, tell the brand story and convert the first order, split by whether the subscriber has already bought.
- Abandoned checkout and abandoned cart. Two separate flows, because a customer who reached checkout is worth a different message from one who added to basket. Usually the single highest revenue flow in the account.
- Browse abandonment. Triggered on viewed products, throttled so it never feels like surveillance, with the product and its collection pulled in dynamically.
- Post purchase and cross sell. Delivery expectations, how to use the product, a review request timed to arrival, then the next logical product based on what was bought.
- Replenishment. For anything consumable, timed to the real reorder interval from your order data rather than a guess.
- Winback. Triggered at the point your data says a customer has lapsed, with an offer only if the margin allows one.
- VIP and loyalty. Early access, tiered treatment and a reason to stay, built on predicted lifetime value rather than a single big order.
- Back in stock and price drop. The demand you already captured, converted the moment stock or price changes, with Shopify inventory driving the trigger.
Every flow is designed and written by us, tested against a holdout, and reported on Klaviyo attributed revenue with the attribution window agreed up front. If you are weighing up platforms first, read Klaviyo vs Mailchimp, and for the wider picture on where email sits in the growth mix, how to increase eCommerce sales.
How we work together
Three ways to work with us on Klaviyo.
Klaviyo audit
Fixed fee, two weeks. Every flow, segment, form and campaign scored, deliverability and data integrity checked, and a prioritised roadmap with the revenue each fix is worth. Yours to keep whether or not you work with us afterwards.
Flow build project
Fixed project price after the audit. The full lifecycle flow set above, designed, written, built and tested, plus sign up forms and Shopify integration checks. Typically six to eight weeks, then handed over or moved onto management.
Monthly management
Rolling monthly. Campaign planning and sending, flow optimisation and testing, segmentation, SMS, list growth and a monthly report on Klaviyo attributed revenue. Most brands run this inside a wider growth retainer alongside SEO, paid and CRO.
Moving to Klaviyo from another platform
We migrate brands from Mailchimp, Dotdigital, Omnisend, Bloomreach and Shopify Email. Lists, consent status, tags and profile properties move. Flows are rebuilt rather than copied, because the triggers and data on Klaviyo are richer than what you are leaving. Sending is warmed up on the new domain so deliverability does not drop in the first fortnight, and the old platform stays live until the numbers match.
Who this is for
Klaviyo work pays back fastest for stores with a list in the thousands and repeat purchase potential: consumables, gifting, fashion, hobby and B2B reorder. If your list is tiny or every customer buys once, we will say that email is not the first lever and point you at the ones that are. Jake Boase and Matthew Jones, the co-founders, run every account, and email sits with the same team that builds the store. See everything we do for Shopify stores on our Shopify agency page.
SELECTED WORK
Real brands, real retained revenue.
Rococo works with brands that need email connected to the store, the data and the commercial outcome, not run as a separate channel.

Klaviyo questions.
A Klaviyo agency is a specialist team that plans, builds and runs email and SMS inside Klaviyo for eCommerce brands. Unlike a generalist email agency, a Klaviyo agency knows the platform properly: flow logic, segment conditions, data feeds from Shopify and how to use them to grow retention rather than just send more email.
Lifecycle flow build and optimisation, behavioural segmentation, campaign planning and delivery, subscription and replenishment flows, deliverability and list health, Klaviyo and Shopify integration, SMS where it fits, and reporting on Klaviyo attributed revenue, repeat rate and lifetime value.
Yes. Rococo is a confirmed Klaviyo Partner and a confirmed Shopify Partner. That matters because most retention problems need both: a flow to catch the customer and a store change to give them somewhere useful to land.
Faster than SEO. Flows start earning as soon as they are live, so the first month usually moves the numbers. Segmentation, testing and lifecycle depth compound from there, with the clearest picture at around three months once there is enough data to act on.
Yes. Every engagement starts with a paid Growth Audit covering flows, segments, deliverability, data integrity and the retention numbers behind them, ending in a prioritised roadmap tied to revenue. The audit fee is credited against your first month if you go on to a plan.
Yes. We often work alongside an in house marketer or an existing agency, either owning strategy and build or supporting on the technical, design or reporting side. We flex to how your team is already set up.
Monthly management starts from £2,500 a month and rolls month to month. That covers campaign planning and sending, flow optimisation and testing, segmentation, SMS, list growth and a monthly report on Klaviyo attributed revenue. Audits are a fixed fee, and a full flow build is priced as a fixed project after the audit. Most brands run email inside a wider growth retainer from £4,000 a month alongside SEO, paid media and CRO.
No. Management rolls month to month. We would rather keep the account by growing retained revenue than by holding you to a term. Flow build projects are fixed price with a defined scope, so there is nothing to lock you in afterwards.
Both. Strategy, copy, design, build, testing and reporting all sit with us. Templates are built in Klaviyo’s editor so your team can use them for campaigns without a developer, and every flow is written in your brand voice from a short tone workshop at the start.
Yes. Lists, consent status, tags and profile properties move across. Flows are rebuilt rather than copied because Klaviyo’s triggers and Shopify data are richer than what you are leaving. Sending is warmed up on the new domain so deliverability holds, and the old platform stays live until the numbers match. Our Klaviyo vs Mailchimp guide covers whether to move at all.
For eCommerce, Klaviyo is what we recommend and where we are certified, because of how deeply it reads Shopify data. If you are on another platform and it is working, we will say so. If it is holding you back, we will show you the revenue gap before recommending a move.
Yes. SMS runs inside Klaviyo alongside email, so the same segments and flows can use both. We use it sparingly: transactional updates, abandoned checkout for opted in customers and a small number of high intent campaigns, with consent and quiet hours handled properly for the UK.
Klaviyo attributes revenue to an email or SMS if a purchase follows a click or open within a set window. We agree that window with you up front, usually five days for email and one for SMS, report flow and campaign revenue separately, and reconcile it against Shopify so email is not claiming credit for orders that would have happened anyway. Holdout tests on the biggest flows prove the uplift is real.
There is no hard cut off, but email pays back fastest for stores with a list in the thousands and products people buy more than once. If your list is very small, we would usually start with list growth forms and a lean flow set rather than full management, and grow into it.
Jake Boase and Matthew Jones, the co-founders, run every Klaviyo account. Strategy, copy, design and build are done by our own team in West Sussex, and email sits with the same people who build and optimise the store, so a flow that needs a Shopify change gets it.
